Ended KCTWU's strike in Korea

Update; Please note that on June 19, 2008, Korean truckers reached an agreement with shipping companies to end their week long strike.

It's been 5 days since KCTWU went into strike.
 
- Negotiations btn concerned parties (KCTWU, Shippers, Government) is still on going to solve situation but no significant progress yet
- Government is considering to issue order to force them back to work.
- Today, PECT is 85% storage(48,408TEU)
- No impact to vessel operation so far at PECT which seem to manage till this weekend
- For TS, 40'x11 for HKT was delayed 1 day due to transportation problem. Others were duly connected as original plan..
- 1 extra military truck was deployed for us.  
- No IB/OB haulage at all.
