Accountabilities
- Assist in preparing booking confirmation include data entry for booking and traffic capturing.
- Maintaining accurate shipping record and updates.
- Support in checking compliance with SOPs.
- Learn how to capture shipment details accurately in the system.
- Handling customer queries.
- Cross Departmental coordination.
Requirements
- An undergraduate student with related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- Internship Intake: Aug 2026 Onwards
- Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Proficient in English
