Announcement - Empty Container Pick-up Appointment (EPA) Hotline in Port Klang
We are pleased to introduce our “Empty Container Pick-up Appointment” (EPA) service in Port Klang with effective 1st January 2012. By simply calling our dedicated Hotline at 03-77113366, your trucker will enjoy a smooth and reliable empty container pick-up arrangement at our designated depots without having to rush through the traffic congestion at eleventh hours to secure container availability.
The EPA can be conveniently arranged as follows:-
• Unless “empty container pick-up location” is specified in our Booking Acknowledgement (BA), you are required to make appointment for empty container pick-up at Port Klang by calling our hotline at 03-77113366
• This dedicated Hotline is operating 24x7 which allows you to make appointment 24 hours to 6 days prior to empty container pick up
• The hotline system is simple to use. All you need to do is to input booking number, required container quantity and then key-in your preferred date/ time for empty container pick-up
• System will return you with a reference number and indicate the empty pick-up location if the appointment is accepted
• Mark down this reference number in the BA and then bring it to the assigned depot for empty container pick-up the appointed date/ time
• You can cancel and/ or amend appointment by quoting the appointment reference number through the hotline system again
Please be reminded if no appointment is arranged, the duration of empty container pick-up may be prolonged or may even results in no equipment availability for shipment. We thank you for your kind cooperation in advance.
