Dear Valued Customers,

OOCL is the carrier who invests heavily in Information Technology in our effort to strive for continuous improvement and create value through our e-Commerce to provide effective and efficient business solutions for our customers. Taking this opportunity, we wish to thank all customers who have subscribed to e-Payment via on-line banking for efficiency. While the trend of payment process via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and Inter-Bank Giro (IBG) is increasing, we continue to see significant amount of manual cheque processing over counters which is counter productive. To this end, a ‘cheque processing fee’ of RM10/cheque (in addition to original invoice amount) shall be imposed with effective 1st April 2012 when a cheque payment is presented over OOCL Malaysia counters for manual processing.
