Migration from EPA System to ONE EIR Plus for Empty Container Pickup Appointments
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be informed from April 2026 onwards, current EPA (Empty Pick-Up Appointment) system will be discontinued.
All empty container pickup appointments will be managed via the ONE EIR Plus (Empty Release System) platform, and appointments must be made via
MOC: https://moc.oocl.com/
