Implementation of Port Congestion Surcharge for imports to Kuwait.
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that the congestion and vessel berthing delays in Kuwait ports continues to aggravate, resulting in additional operational costs.
In view of this, OOCL will implement Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) of USD100/20’ & USD200/40’ for all import shipments to Kuwait based on below effective dates ( B/l onboard date).
