Notice of Late BL fee Revision and Introduction of Late DO Fee
Dear Valued Customers,
In our continuous efforts to streamline operations and encourage timely documentation, we are revising our Late Bill of Lading (BL) Fee structure and introducing a new Late Delivery Order (DO) Fee effective 23-Oct-2025.
1. Late BL Fee Revision
The Late BL Fee will now be applicable when the Bill of Lading is not collected within 7 Calendar days after vessel sailing.
Applicable charges:
Shipment Origin
| Calendar days after Vessel Sailing | Charge per bill of Lading |
United Arab Emirates | 8 - 14 | AED 300 |
| 15 - 21 | AED 600 |
| 22+ | AED 1000 |
2. Introduction of Late DO Fee
A new Late DO Fee will apply when the Delivery Order is not collected within 7 Calendar days after vessel arrival.
Applicable charges:

Purpose of These Changes
To encourage timely collection of BL and DO documents.
To minimize delays in cargo release and operational bottlenecks.
To maintain efficiency and ensure fair usage of resources.
Effective Date
These changes will take effect from 23-October-2025 and will be applicable to all shipments thereafter.
