Definition of Key Terms

Free Time	“Free Time” is the period that the Carrier offers as free of charge for Demurrage, Detention and/or Demurrage & Detention (DD2in1), if applicable.
Storage	“Storage'' charge for utilizing the port, terminal or depot facilities beyond free time, incurred in relation to both Containers supplied by the Carrier and by the Merchant.
Detention	Charge payable when the Merchant holds Carrier's container outside the port, terminal or depot beyond free time.
Demurrage	Charge payable when the Merchant holds Carrier’s Container inside the terminal, port or depot beyond free time.
Demurrage & Detention (DD2in1)	Charge payable when the Merchant holds Carrier’s Container beyond free time for the combined period of inside and outside the terminal, port or depot.
Tariff Applicable	For Import Shipments, DD2in1 shall commence at 00:00am on the same day as container discharge and end at 23:59pm on the same day as empty return.
Tariff Applicable	For Export Shipments, DD2in1 shall commence at 00:00am on the same day as empty pick up and end at 23:59pm on the same day as full gate in.

Above tariff does not include any storage and reefer charges at port of inland facility, all these charges should be paid by customer directly.
