With the intention to reduce consumption of paper in the interest of environmental protection and the more efficient routing of arrival notices, we will in the coming weeks start to convert arrival notifications from facsimile to e-mail. As per february 1st 2008, OOCL in the Benelux
will only be able to provide the arrival notices via e-mail.
We kindly request you to provide us with either a group/shared email address or at least two personal email adresses
in order to ensure receipt of Arrival Notices in case one recipient is out of office. For the Netherlands, please provide the e-mail adresses via [email protected]
For Belgium, please provide the e-mail addresses via [email protected]
In case of any questions in this respect or if you would like to have specific e-mailaddresses added, please contact our import teams.
