Introduction of Security Fee
As part of the OOCL commitment to combat terror, promoting security and our compliance with CTPAT, we advise that to help defray the costs involved, a Security fee will be introduced.
A Security Fee will be payable on all export and import containers – for both dry and refrigerated cargoes, effective from 5th October 2006.
The levels will be :
- Export containers USD 10 per 20’ or 40’ container
- Import containers USD 10 per 20’ or 40’ container
