Notice to Customers 
Northbound Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)
to Nhava Sheva & Chennai


Due to the ongoing congestion in Nhava Sheva and Chennai, OOCL announces a Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) of US$150/20’ and US$300/40’ will be made on all export cargo to these two ports with effect from 13^th December 2010.  The charge will be prepaid by shipper.
