EU24 Hour Customs Manifest Rule
ENS Filing and Amendment Fees
With the introduction of the EU24 Hour manifest filing rule from 1st January, 2011, an advance manifest is required on all vessels arriving in any EU country on or after 1 Jan 2011. The requirement is for all cargo on board, with destination to and EU country or even transiting any EU country is required to have a manifest filed.
The charges are as the table below:

The implementation is for cargo being loaded from Singapore from 1
st January, 2011.
