Northbound Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)
to Manila, Philippines


Due to the ongoing congestion in Manila both at North and South Harbour Terminals, OOCL announces a Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) of US$60/20’ and US$120/40’ to be applied on all export cargo to these two terminals with effect from 1st February 2011, based on arrival date.  The charge will be prepaid by shipper.
