Notice to Customers 
Northbound Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) to Nhava Sheva


Due to the ongoing congestion in Nhava Sheva and the India ICDs OOCL announce that effective 15th July 2010, a Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) of US$250/20 and US$500/40’ will be made on all export cargo to Nhava Sheva.  This will apply to both CY shipments Nhava Sheva as well as ICDs final destination service over Nhava Sheva.  The charge will be prepaid by shipper.

Destinations         Per 20’ dry/reefer     Per 40’ dry/reefer
Nhava Sheva          USD 250                      USD 500

Note – dates are based on shipment onboard date.
