Northbound Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) to Nhava Sheva
OOCL wishes to advise that the Port Congestion Surcharge for Northbound cargoes from New Zealand to Nhava Sheva and the India ICDs’ will be expiring with effect from 1st October 2010.
Note – dates are based on shipment onboard date.
