Implementation of Container Imbalance Surcharge (EIS)
On Import Cargo to and via Nhava Sheva, India

Due to current equipment imbalance situation at Nhava Sheva, OOCL wishes to advise that there will be Container Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) to be implemented on all dry cargoes to and via Nhava Sheva at the rate of:
                Per 20’ dry          Per 40’ dry
                USD 75                 USD 150                   

Charge is on collect basis, payable at destination by cargo receivers, with effect from 1st September, 2011.

Destinations via Nhava Sheva includes: Nhava Sheva, Patparganj, Faridabad, Ghaziabad (Loni), Gurgoan (Garhi Hasru), Rewari, Mulund, Pune, Valsad (Valvada), Aurangabad, Moradabad, Bhusawal, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Surat (Sachin), Baroda (Vadodara, Dashrath), Pithampur.

Note – dates are based on shipment onboard date.
