Northbound Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)
to Manila, Philippines - Withdrawn
As congestion has eased at both North and South Harbour Terminals in Manila, OOCL wishes to advise that the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) has been withdrawn with effect on 20th January 2011.
Note - dates are based on shipment onboard date.
