Customer Advisory Transatlantic Trade
Port Congestion Surcharge


Dear Valued Customer,

This is to advise that effective October 1st, 2012 a Port Congestion Surcharge will be levied on all shipments originating or destined to the United States as follows in the event of a slowdown or work stoppage at any US Port(s).

Transatlantic Eastbound & Westbound - Tariff Rule 4-T

A Port Congestion Surcharge of $600/20'; $750/40' and $950/45' container will be assessed to all shipments due to labor unrest, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages or slow down at any U.S. port(s).
