Napier Port Infrastructure Levy from 1 April 2019

OOCL wishes to advise that Napier Port is introducing a new Infrastructure Levy of NZ$22.75 per TEU, to recover some of Napier Port investments to cope with cargo growth and improve their efficiency and productivity on all containers loading and discharging at Napier Port for which we intend to pass through for recovery from the cargo owners as a Port Additional at Load (PAO) / Port Additional at Destination (PAD) surcharge effective from 1st April 2019.
