NOTICE TO CUSTOMER_Winter Surcharge (2019-2020) Implementation
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that OOCL will implement a Winter Surcharge for both dry and reefer cargoes at below level from 1st December 2019 to 30th April 2020.

The implementation of this surcharge is due to the higher vessel operating costs for using ice-breaker vessels, extended voyage duration due to significant delays while waiting for convoys and an increase of bunker costs.
