COVID-19 – OOCL Import Original Bill of Lading Lodgement

Please note that following advice from management, we have taken the action of having all Staff working from home.

While this means that business will continue as usual, it has been necessary to put alternative arrangements in place in regards to lodgment of Original Bills of Lading.

Please note arrangements as follows:

• Scan the front and back of the fully endorsed ORIGINAL Bill of Lading copy.
• Send scanned copies of BL to nz[email protected]  (Please ensure to complete subject of email by OOCL Bill Number.
• Send the ORIGINALS via post envelope to:
  OOCL (New Zealand) Ltd

          Attn: Import Dept.

          PO. Box 106618, Auckland CBD 1143

We will advise further once there is a resumption to normal process.
