Panama Fresh Water Fee (PFW)
Dear Customer,
OOCL wishes to advise with effective 01st April 2020 (based on cargo receive date), a new surcharge for all cargo to North America and Latin America via PANAMA CANAL, due to lack of fresh water in Panama Canal, as per below:
Panama Fresh Water Fee (PFW)
Charge quantum is USD 15/30 per 20'/40' to be paid together with ocean freight
