NOTICE OF CUSTOMER
The
New Zealand government has introduced a Track User Charge (TUC) levy effective
from 15th November, 2021. This charge is applicable for all
containers using rail services, including containers moving to/from Tauranga
port using the Metroport rail facility.
A levy
has been applied to shipments using the Metroport rail facility. OOCL will
incorporate this levy into the Metroport THC. Effective from 20th
December, 2021, a revised Origin Terminal Handling (THC) will be as per below.
