OOCL has revised the Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) for Northbound, Eastbound, and Westbound lanes from Australia & New Zealand. The below is an update to our previous customer advisory dated 10th April 2026.
Effective date:
15th April 2026 for shipments outside FMC scope;
15th May 2026 for shipments within FMC scope (U.S. Federal Maritime Commission)
