Outbound: Reefer Monitoring Charge shall commence on the same day of arrival to first hub and end at 23.59hrs on the same day as vessel cut off.
Outbound Free time: For Outbound shipments, 5 calendar days free time RMC will be granted. Thereafter the above per day rates will apply.
Inbound: Reefer Monitoring Charge shall commence on the same day of vessel complete discharge and end at 23.59hrs on the same day as last hub departure. There is no free time days for Inbound.

Misdeclaration of Cargo Fee = Up to USD 50,000 – See Rule Tariff Detail
- Administration Fee USD1000 per container applies in addition to the Misdeclaration Penalty Fee.
DANGEROUS GOODS
DG Amendment Fee = NZD150 + GST
- Applies for each amendment/application.
DG Cancellation Fee = NZD150 + GST
DG Tier Charge to be applied per booking based on number of DG lines:
- 1- 5 lines -- No charge
- 6 - 9 lines -- NZD350 + GST
- 10 - 15 lines -- NZD500 + GST
- 16 lines or above – not accepted
