TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS :

In addition to any other applicable rates and charges, please note that it is our intention to apply the Terminal Port Security Charge for Westbound cargoes from the following loading ports effective October 01, 2006. Details as follows:

· Shipment loaded at Charleston, SC will be subject to the origin terminal port security charge of USD4 per container.

· Shipment loaded at Savannah, GA will be subject to the origin terminal port security charge of USD4 per container.

· Shipment loaded at Norfolk, VA will be subject to the origin terminal port security charge of USD4 per container.

This charge shall be payable together with freight payment.
