Further to a firm decision by this company’s management, please note that it is our intention to fully apply the referenced rate restoration to Asia other than Japan (AOTJ) cargoes effective September 01, 2006 with Quantum as follows:

USD75/20GP

USD150/40GP and HQ

All ancillary charges will be applied separately and on top of resulting ocean freight rates.
