This is to advise that given the heavy peak season anticipated for the Transpacific Eastbound Trade and the added costs associated with such heavy peak season, for the West Cost, MLB (via Alameda Corridor) and for the East Cost all water (via both Panama and Suez), the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) will be as follow:

wef 1^St December 2006 - 28^th February 2007

· USD300/20GP, USD400/40GP, USD450/40HQ&RQ, USD510/45HQ
