Pls note that it is our intention to implement Critical Bunker Recovery (CBR) for cargoes from Philippines to Middle East/ India/Subcontinent due to unprecedented increases in bunker costs effective August 22, 2007 with Quantum as follows:
USD50/20GP
USD100/40GP and HQ
All ancillary charges will be applied separately and on top of resulting ocean freight rates.
