Please be informed that effective September 01, 2008, the Bunker Surcharge / Fuel Recovery Charge, Inland Fuel Charge and Currency Adjustment Factor for all cargo originating Canada will be adjusted to following levels:

     Bunker Surcharge / Fuel Recovery Charge

             USD1,192.00 per 20’gp

             USD1,490.00 per 40’gp/hq/45’

     Inland Fuel Charge

USD464.00 per container for rail and combined motor/rail transports

USD134.00 per container for all motor transports

Origin Currency Adjustment Factor

                7%  - applicable to all destinations
