TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We encourage you to take advantage of having information at your fingertips by accesssing the OOCL website at http://www.oocl.com/ for Vessel’s Information Board, Vessel Certificates, Sailing Schedule, Cargo tracing, E Forms and other information among other features.
Vessel Information Board
Effective immediately, all information will be updated on/before 9:30 am every day for your reference. Vessel on board date, sailing date , exchange rate and Inbound Free storage period are available for your perusal.
Vessel’s Certificates
Customers can download ICCS Certificates and Safety Management Certificates.
Customers can view Sailing Schedule by Territories/Countries/Regions.
Cargo Tracking
Customers can easily track their cargo by typing the container no. or bill of lading under “Cargo Tracking”
This function is made possible by using the tool “Express Link,” provided by CargoSmart to OOCL as one of its customers. Express Link has been added to the http://www.oocl.com/ site, enabling OOCL’s customers and logistics partners to share its high-quality shipment information.
E Forms
Customers can download different kind of e-forms for their export and import shipment like: Seaway Bill Letter of Indemnity, Reefer Temperature Setting, Dangerous Goods Form , Change of Destination Forms and others.
