Usd20.00/BL Shipping Instruction is submitted electronically and manual booking
Usd30.00/BL Manual Booking and manual submission of Shipping Instruction
*Electronic means using MY OOCL CENTER, CARGOSMART, ESI UNIFIED TEMPLATE or EDI.
