Further to press notices in regional newspapers announcing the recommended ISAA Rate Restoration Plan for 2010, please note that it is our corporate intention to increase our ocean freight rates for Far East/South Asia cargo by a full USD150/300 per 20’GP/40’GP or ‘HQ with effect from 1 July 2010. This increase will apply for all Far East origins to destinations in the South Asian Sub-Continent (Pakistan and Bangladesh) and India.
This rate increase will apply on top of existing ongoing rate quotations and will continue to be subject to all ancillary charges applicable at time of shipment.
