Further to a firm decision by this company’s management, please note that it is our intention to fully apply the referenced rate restoration to Middle East Gulf Countries (including Iran/Iraq) cargoes effective July 01, 2010 with quantum as follows:

                                        USD200/20GP

                                        USD400/40GP and HQ

All ancillary charges will be applied separately and on top of resulting ocean freight rates.
