ANNOUNCEMENT
TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
Due to the rising costs of bunker prices, OOCL Philippines will need to implement an EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE (EBS) effective April 1, 2011. EBS Quantum will be PHP1,400 per 20GP and PHP2,800 per 40GP and HQ. It will be applicable to all export shipments bound to Intra Asia (except Japan) for both DRY and REEFER cargo. The EBS will be a prepaid charge.
