CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORY

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to remind you of our business hours from Monday to Friday at 0830H to 1730H while counter service is open until 1630H only. Kindly complete all transactions within prescribed business hours. 

However, please note that the Shipping Instruction (SI) cut-off on Saturdays for North America and Canda is still in place and must be adhered to. Below is our revised SI cut off for your easy reference:

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind customers to please specify your rate agreement number upon booking. Please note this is a mandatory requirement in online and email booking. Please feel free to contact your respective sales representative for the rate reference number.
