Dear Valued Customers:

For smooth cargo release, we would like  to inform you that the Philippine Customs requires the remarks of Final Delivery/ Destination other than what is stated in PLACE OF DELIVERY on BL to be indicated within the first 5 lines of the BL description. In the event that the BL description field is filled up, said remarks may also be indicated within the 10 lines of the marks and numbers field.

Below is the AUTOMATED CUSTOMS OPERATING SYSTEM  (ACOS) specifications for your reference:

Cargo Description

Philippine Customs E2M System only reads the first five (5) lines of  the BL description. First line of the BL description is a mandatory field. All the necessary details must be indicated within the first 5 lines.

Marks and Numbers

Philippine Customs E2M System reads up to ten (10) lines of the marks and numbers field.

We would recommend that you communicate your specific special requirement to your shipper so they can state clearly in their SHIPPING INSTRUCTION.

Thank you for your kind attention.
