Re: OOCL LATE MANIFESTS DUE TO BOC E2M DOWNTIME WILL UNDERGO "DIRECT VALIDATE" PROCEDURE
Dear Customers:
As a result of Philippine Customs E2M System downtime last August 02- 04, 2012, two of OOCL manifests were not registered prior to E2M cut-off.
All the Master Bill of Ladings for both manifests will undergo the procedure of "Direct Validate" within the day. Details are as follows:
| VESSEL NAME |
REGISTRY NUMBER |
PORT OF DISCHARGE |
| M/V OOCL TAICHUNG 200 W |
OPI0062-12 |
MANILA NORTH HARBOR |
| M/V LARENTIA 046S |
OPI0061-12 |
MANILA SOUTH HARBOR |
All NVOCCs are suggested to directly coordinate with respective Value Added Service Providers (VASP) for the direct validation of their House Bill of Ladings. The Direct Validate procedure is stipulated in Customs Memorandum Order 37-2009 (Submission of Electronic Manifest Through VASP System).
Until today, the E2M system still fluctuates which slows down the Direct Validate processing.
Thank you for your kind understanding and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
