This is to advise that the effective date of Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) will be further postponed to December 29, 2012 with the quantum remain unchanged as follows :

* Based on cargo receiving date
* A Port Congestion Surcharge will be assessed to all shipments due to labor unrest, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages or slow down at any U.S. port(s). In the event no labor unrest occurs after the effective date of this rule, this change shall not be applicable. Once labor unrest has occurred, this charge shall continue to be assessed until such time as carrier provides notice in this tariff that the impact of the labor unrest on its operations and those of any affected port(s) has ended.
