Terminal Handling Charge (THC)
Pursuant to PPA Memorandum Circular (MC) no. 13-2011 dated October 18, the 2nd tranche of stevedoring and vessel handling tariff for Foreign Container Handling services shall be revised upwards by 11% effective May 18, 2012.
As a result of the tariff revision, TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE (THC) for all shipments to and from all Philippines Ports will be adjusted effective May 18, 2012 as follows:
