Demurrage & Detention Free Time and Charges

Demurrage and Detention- Portugal

Valid from April 23rd 2026

C - Calendar Day; W - Working Day
Charge Per container Per calendar day
Portugal Export:
Outbound RF Monitoring & Plug In Charges will be applicable for all active RF containers discharged in Portuguese ports:
Outbound RMC Free time: 2 Calendar Days free, thereafter: EUR 75.00 per Reefer per day will be charged for monitoring,
power & plug in charges.

Outbound Combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the same day of empty gate-out and end at 23:59 on the same day of cargo cut-off.




Outbound Quay Rent Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the same day of full gate-in and end at 23:59pm on the same day of cargo cut off.

Portugal Import:
Inbound RF Monitoring & Plug In Charges will be applicable for all active RF containers discharged in Portuguese ports:
Inbound RMC Free time: 2 Calendar Days free, thereafter: EUR 75.00 per Reefer per day will be charged for monitoring,
power & plug in charges.









Inbound Combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) Calculation shall commence on the same day of container discharge and end on the same day as container's empty return.




Inbound Quay Rent Calculation shall commence on the same day of container discharge and end on the same day of full gate-out.
Remarks:
   - This tariff does not include VAT applicabe at legal amount
   - This tariff only apply on Merchant Haulage basis
