Max. accepted weight on Romanian roads (without special licenses / authorisations / additional taxes) is 23.5 To/20' and 24.5 To/40' (cntr. tare included).
Haulage for standard units (including tare) exceeding a/m weight require Romanian Road Administration (RRA) authorization. Please apply for each shipment prior booking is signed (in door delivery or ex-works shipments) with weight of the cargo in order to ask RRA for routing and additional taxes / expenses.
All other special equipment requires specific applications to RRA, which have to be filled with all details of the cargo. Every shipment will be considered as a single case and taxes are issued according this (for out of gauge/ height/ width/ length on flat/ open top).
