Export Process

Register at MOC

For your comfort we recommend you to create registration at MOC for your company.

 

Place a Booking

Customer can place bookings with us through the following e-service channels:

1.     Online booking via My OOCL Centre (www.oocl.com)

OOCL lets customers submit booking requests online from My OOCL Center. Customers save time and improve data accuracy with Booking Request. 

You can submit your booking requests, immediately receive the booking numbers, and query all booking submissions online. You can create and share booking templates to submit bookings more efficiently.

2.     EDI Booking

We can handle the EDIFACT.  Please refer to http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/edi/ for implementation guide, more information about messages, formats and protocols, and other information to help you get started

 

If no any problems with space and/or rate – booking request will be handled within 4 working hours. You will receive booking confirmation letter with all necessary addresses in copy and with full information about shipment. Or you will receive rejection with reason.

 

Equipment Pick Up

After Booking Confirmation received you should ask for empty release by e-mail, using reply to all button.

If you have any question regarding equipment and equipment availability before bookings is placed, you may also contact [email protected] directly.

Please keep in mind free detention / demurrage period to avoid any extra costs. You may check DD tariff here.

Gate in Port

Before gating in please kindly check that booking is opened at terminal and opened for correct vessel.

 

BL instruction

SI should be provided to us no later than 2 working days before vessels departure from POL.

Customer can place shipping instructions with us through the following e-service channels:

1.     Online SI via My OOCL Centre (www.oocl.com)

You can submit your SI online via. You can create and share SI templates to submit SI more efficiently. 

 

2.     Special format SI

SI can be submitted by sending special excel file to specially created for your company e-mail.

Please kindly contact representative of OOCL customer service for more information.

 

3.     EDI SI

We can handle both the EDIFACT as well as X.12 formats.  Please refer to http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/edi/ for implementation guide, more information about messages, formats and protocols, and other information to help you get started

If no any problems or missing information draft of BL will be provided to you within 4 working hours.

 

VGM Submission

VGM must be submitted not later than 2 working days before vessels arrival at 1st load terminal.

VGM should be submitted via My OOCL Centre (www.oocl.com) or by EDI.

 

Deadlines 

IMO information must be provided 3 days prior ETA of vessel to loading port (not terminal).

Draft of Loading Order must be provided 2 working days prior ETA of vessel to loading port (not terminal).

Cleared Loading Order must be provided 24 hours prior ETA of vessel to loading port (not terminal).
