The five hundred container boxes reported lost in Japan

According to our record, we have a total of 506 container boxes lost in the badly affected ports in the quake and tsunami of Japan on March 11, 2011.  We are now in the process of locating the boxes and assessing the possible loss that may incur.  Since the 506 boxes account for a small portion of our total fleet of over 450,000 units of containers, it will not cause a significant impact on our operation or substantial financial loss of our business.

Except in the affected ports, OOCL operation remains normal and smooth, and will continue to serve our customers with our usual quality service.
