Hello! We are current HKIE Scheme “A” program trainees working in the Framework and Architecture team.

Throughout the training program, we have job rotations that enable us to participate in different projects and take on different roles, such as developer and support staff.  We also have the chance to work in the Data Center and Network Support Center, or even visit the Development Center in the Silicon Valley (San Jose, California).

OOCL’s innovative and open culture has enabled us to learn about the most advanced enterprise technologies. Just to name a few, we get to learn about Business Intelligence, Mobile Application Development, Enterprise Messaging, and GPS Applications. Moreover, we enhanced our soft-skills, such as problem solving, team working, presentation, and communication, which are also crucial in today’s corporate environment.
