Hong Kong Colleagues Spread Festive Joy

On the morning of December 12, 30 volunteers from our HK office’s Vital Link Club and their family members and friends visited the Wong Cho Tong District Elderly Community Centre in Kowloon West to give back to our community during the festive season. The volunteers played games, enjoyed a Chinese opera performance and lunched together with the elder residents.

The group was also provided with guided tour of the Tao Heung Museum of Food Culture – a museum dedicated to the art of dining and dining customs. Each elder also received a gift pack from our volunteers which included a hand knit scarf made by our fellow colleagues. Remaining scarves was to be donated to the ‘Mission to New Arrivals’ charity, who will distribute them to low-income families in the community.
