To Do List
- In order to complete a shipment, many interactions will happen between OOCL and you.
- OOCL will remind you prepare some tasks, i.e. submission of required document, in due course.
- You can simply click on the list and complete the task online. (ie. upload documents)
Notifications
- All interactions with OOCL will be logged in the history.
- You will be notified of whatever changed on the shipment.
My Requests
- You can submit all kinds of ‘Service Request’ within My OOCL Center.
- The status of these requests could be found and monitored in ‘My Requests’.
Email Notifications
- Instead of checking the My OOCL Center from time to time, you can setup email alert in your profile.
- Any updates on the ‘To Do List’ or ‘Notifications’ or ‘My Request’ will be sent to your email address.
- Clicking the link within the email will bring you to the ‘My OOCL Center’ directly.
