DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
1. This Bill of Lading shall be prima facie evidence of the receipt by the Carrier in external apparent good order and condition except as otherwise noted of the total number of Containers or other packages or units identified on the face hereof as "Total Number of Containers/Packages received and acknowledged by the Carrier".
2. No representation is made by the Carrier as to the weight, contents, measure, quantity, quality, description, condition, marks, numbers or value of the Goods and the Carrier shall be under no responsibility whatsoever in respect of such description or particulars.
3. Any reference to temperature or the term "apparent good order and condition" when used in the Bill of Lading with reference to Goods which require refrigeration does not mean that the Goods, when received were verified by the Carrier as being at the booked temperature and no reliance should be placed by the Merchant as to the accuracy of such temperature shown on the face of this Bill of Lading.
