Israel 24 hour Advanced Manifest Regulation - Updated

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our previous notice about the implementation of the Israel Customs 24 Hour Advanced Manifest Regulation, we would like to advise that the production date of this FROB (Freight Remain On Board) manifest is tentatively rescheduled to October 13, 2013 by Israel Customs, and the following Advance Manifest filing and amendment charge will be effective on October 13, 2013:

Advance Manifest Filing Charge	USD 25 per B/L
Advance Manifest Amendment Charge	USD 40 per B/L

For more details on the above charges, please refer to our Global Rule for Surcharges and Arbitraries section 4.14.5.

According to our latest network coverage, this regulation will affect our new EMX service (with direct calls to Israel) and EUM service (with Public Feeders to various ports which may include calls to Israel).

OOCL will continue to review the implementation progress with the Israel Customs to ensure effective compliance is in order with minimal impact to our customers’ shipments.
