In the Israel Customs filing process, a so call “Entry Key” is required for the following purpose:

• ​To ensure that each partner submitting FROB manifest has uniform vessel data elements

The "Entry Key" comprises of the following data elements:

• Journey ID – External Voyage Number 
• Ship ID: Lloyds Number
• First port of Israel 
• Arrival Date Expected: Agreed ETA to the first port of Israel
